    Hello,

    We are experiencing a problem with our mobile version in the checkout cart where we can’t modify the quantities of a product or eliminate a product in the shopping cart before completing the purchase. This problem is not happening on laptops or PCs, only on mobile.

    I’ve attached a screenshot of and Android phone so you can see at what stage the problem is.

    Hello There,

    Thank you for the screenshot. Unfortunately, I can’t duplicate your issue. See attached screenshot using mobile too. As you can see the quantity textfield is active and I am able to type.

    We are able to type the numbers in the quantity field, but when you update the quantities, it goes back to the old value… that is the problem

    Whereas this problem doesn’t happen on a laptop

    let us know what is going on please

    Hi again,

    I see you’re using the latest version of woocommerce but the latest supported version of woocommerce with X is 2.6.9 currently. This can cause conflicts. Please try downgrading the plugin to the supported version and see if this resolves the issue.

    Also make sure that you are fully updated (Theme and Plugins) You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    How do you downgrade the version of woocommerce?

    This seems like a poor solution…

    Shouldn’t X be updated to work with the latest version of Woocommerce??

    In any case, we’ve updated everything (WP, Plugins…) but we still have the same problem.

    COuld you please look into it and give us a viable solution?

    Please note that it takes time for us to update the plugins to latest versions as we test it first with the theme and other plugins to ensure that everything is working.
