    Hi,
    I’m using the ilightbox to display a video when an icon is clicked. I styled the ilightbox, centering it and adding height and width. The problem is that when the lightbox is launched and i click play on the video there seems to be 2 videos on top of each other, the one on top playing the video with an opacity but you can still see the video below sitting still. Any ideas why is this happening?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    It seems to be working fine on my end, are you perhaps referring to background video of the section where the button is? The background video and the lightbox video aren’t connected.

    Please provide a screen recording of the issue you’re currently getting.

    Hi,
    No, the background video works fine. You need to click the orange ‘play’ button located after the words “Descubre Como”. It will open the ilightbox with a youtube video (screenshot 1). When you click the play button on the youtube video it will start but it has an opacity and you can see the ‘thumbnail’ or placeholder image in the background (screenshot 2).
    I can’t figure out why it is doing that

    I just notice that if i click outside the video window while the video is playing the thumbnail background goes away and everything works fine, but that thumbnail should go away by itself when you click play…

    Also, upon further inspection i get a lot of errors on the console (see screenshot attached). Could that be related?

    Hi there,

    Ah I thought was part of the single video.

    1. Please do not include lightbox shortcode within the slider, please add it outside the slider. Slider will try to duplicate all slider and layers to create a single slide loop if possible.

    2. Please use a hero type slider to ensure the layers aren’t duplicated.
