Hello,

I updated today my plugins and now I have a problem. I use X Addons Email Forms for allowing people to register for the newsletter. Everything worked fine till the update.
I integrate the form with the shortcut “[x_subscribe form=”62″]” (without “”)

Now on the site it shows before the form:
[x_section style=” padding: 45px;” bg_color=”transparent”][x_row ][x_column type=”1/1″]

and after the form:
[/x_column][/x_row][/x_section]

Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

Thanks for writing back, can you update X to the latest version please?

A lot has changed since the version you’re using including multiple feature additions and important bug fixes. Once everything is upgraded, it should continue to work fine, though if it doesn’t, we can then debug why the form still doesn’t show.
