    Hi,
    the ConvertPlug makes some problems.
    Sometimes I cannot even start it (the screen is empty), sometimes I cannot open “connect”
    How can I solve the problem?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! I have tried ConvertPlug and can’t see any issue as mentioned. It seems working as expected. It would be better if you clarify our issues with screenshot/screencast so that we could understand and assist you on this.

    If I click on “”ConvertPlug” (see image) the screen is empty (image 2)

    Looks like there’s a plugin conflict in your site coming from a debug plugin (see attachment). Please clear all caches and disable all third party plugins while we investigate.

    Did’t work. I deleted the debug plugin, deactivated all other plugins
    same result

    Could be related to memory limit, I like to check it but FTP login is incorrect. Please check and let me know.

    Hi,

    Please try reinstalling convert plug by deactivating and deleting it from plugins page.

    Then install it back via Addons > Home.

    Still no change.
    I deactivated, deleted and reinstalled.
    you can also try it if you want.

    Please follow this link and update X https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/

    Connect to FTP and insert following lines in wp-config.php file :

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    Let us know how it goes.
