mindappliedParticipantI have setup and configured an inline Modal popup pointing to a MailChimp campaign. When I submit the form it just immediately returns to the form without submitting anything. No error messages. This same form works with a ConvertPlug campaign. Not sure where to go from here. I’ve spent hours trying to figure it out and am hoping that someone here may be able to help me.
X Theme Version: 4.6.4
Cornerstone Version: 1.3.3
WordPress Version: 4.7.3I can provide all login details privately.
Thank you.

usuccessParticipantI am having exactly the same problem with the exact same version on X theme, Cornerstone & WordPress installed.
The same thing happened when I am testing on Modal Popup and Info Bar. The setup on API key and selection on the Mailchimp List seemed to be fine without error. However, signup did not work and no success message came back and the form was not hidden as specified in “Action After Submission”, it seemed that the submission was not successful but no error message was returned and the form re-appear without the “Close Link”
Additionally, when using ConvertPlug Campaign with revised “Message After Success”, the message came back stayed as “Thank you” rather than the revised full message as specified.

LelyModeratorHi Usuccess,
Thank you for the credentials.
I am getting this error:
POST http://usuccess.com.au/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 403 (Forbidden)
There’s an issue on either mod_security or securtiy plugin. Please check in with your hosting provider regarding that error.March 17, 2017 at 5:48 am #1410885
usuccessParticipantHi, are you saying you cannot log in? I tried and credential provided and it’s OK without problem. Please clarify, thanks

RadModeratorHi there,
It’s not about logging in. It’s error when submitting the form in which you should forward to your hosting provider to see if there is any security blocking the request. And your site is not even loading this time.
You can have them test your form too, and observe the request in browser developer’s tool network section.
Thanks.
