there seems to be a problem with the cart display in the menue of my shop when I update the x-theme to the latest version (4.4.2). If the customer adds an item in the cart, the cart display will not be updated. The number of the items would be se same. What can I do to fix this issue?Thanks in advance.

Please update your setup to the latest version which and also please install the version 2.5.0 woocommerce which is compatible with X theme.

now I have tried woocommerce 2.5.0 with the x-theme 4.4.2 and after that I have tried wocommerce 2.5.5 with the x-theme 4.4.2. But both doesn´t work. There is always the issue with the missing update of the items of the menue cart.
Only the combination of wocommerce 2.5.5 (or older versions) and the x-theme 4.3.4 works.
What can I do to fix this issue?Best regards,

Plese try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

okay, I´ve tried this. I´ve deactivated every plugin excepting woocommerce. But the menue cart display doesn´t update if I put an item in the cart. The menue cart display updates only when I reloading the page.How can I fix this?

Please update your theme and plugins to the latest version. You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

I have tried wocommerce 2.5.5 with the x-theme 4.4.2. That´s the latest version of the theme and woocommerce. But there is always the issue with the missing update of the number of items in the navbar menu cart.
Because of the new version (4.4.2) of the x-theme makes this issue, I have reseted the x-theme to the older version (4.3.4) after this test. At all I´ve tried it with the latest version of the x-theme four times, but it doesn´t work. And I also deactivated all plugins expecting woocommerce to exclude a plugin-conflict, but it didn´t help.
Only the combination of wocommerce 2.5.5 (or older versions) and the x-theme 4.3.4 works.

Thanks for updating. In that case you could use a development with a instance of your current site environment and perform update there. If you face issue, you can solve there firs where we could also have a look and assist you. After solving the issue, you can proceed to live site. By this you can avoid any downtime to your live site and keep this up to date.
