    Hello,

    When trying to update my plug ins, I receive an error for the X theme ones:

    “An error occurred while updating Connects – Mailchimp Addon: Click here to activate license of Connects – Mailchimp Addon to receive automatic updates.”

    Where could I find info on how to update these plugins properly?

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi,

    It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin(Connects – Mailchimp Addon). Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

    Hi again,

    I actually can’t contact support because I don’t have an license number, and the one from my x theme is not working.

    With the X theme, do you provide plug in updates for customers? The plug in isn’t an external one. It is one I downloaded through the X-theme (mailchimp and convertplug).

    Thanks for writing back!

    We’re providing a set of extensions for the basic usage of our customers. To get premium support, you have to buy them as standalone ones.
