    Hi there,

I’m working on a website at:

    http://www.decorolux2.decorolux.com/

The homepage works fine at this point, but I created several pages, and I keep getting an error for them:

    “Record not found”

    http://www.decorolux2.decorolux.com/marketing-strategy/
    http://www.decorolux2.decorolux.com/creative-design/
    http://www.decorolux2.decorolux.com/seo-online-marketing/

These all have it, I’ll share a wp login with you in the next comment.

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for posting in.

They are due to your slider, maybe you’ll have to re-add them but you can’t do that since your can’t edit it.

Let’s do this, please disable your rev. slider plugin and edit those pages and remove the rev. slider. Then enable your rev. slider back and re-add them to your pages.

Another question, this issue also appears if slider template is old, do you have custom templates on your child theme?

    Thanks!

    Hi Rad,

    Thanks for explaining.

    I tried to suggested things:

    1. Disabling REV SLIDER fixes the issue.
    2. Editing and saving after disabling REV SLIDER does not solve the issue ( when I turn on SLIDER REV again, the same problem arises)
    3. The slider template I am using is this one: (file attached). Anyway… I would be surprised if this template would be causing the issue as I have used this REV SLIDER template numerous times in the past.

    Ideas?

    Thanks again!

    Hi there,

Please validate your product to enable automatic update. Then update both cornerstone and revslider.

    Hope it helps.

Hi, I think everything is updated but it does not seem to help with the issue.

This is what I see in the console:

Uncaught TypeError: c.hoverIntent is not a function
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (?f=wp-content/plugins/revslider/public/assets/js/jquery.themepunch.tools.min.js,wp-content/plugins/…:159)
    at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
    at Function.ready (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
    at HTMLDocument.K (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)

5.2.6 is the latest version of slider rev supported by Theme X.

I would not like to enable automatic updates at this time as the website will be maintained by someone else, so I don’t want another similar issue arising from incompatibility in the future.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I can’t replicate this issue on my test sites.

Can you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Thanks

I just tried deactivating all plugins except for Cornerstone and Revolution slider.

    The issue still persists.

If I turn off revolution slider, the issue goes away. But I would like rev slider to function, so this really isn’t a fix.

This never happened before.. any other ideas?

Yaaay, I managed to fix the issue.

SO what I noticed was that the error was only occuring on certain pages and not others. I was testing different rev slider templates, and some of them (sorry for the lack of a better word) seem to have stuck in the database. Maybe I deleted them, I don’t know.

What I do know is that going in pages on the dashboard, and changing the dropdown menus to another revslider template, updating the page, and afterwards changing them back to ‘disabled’ took care of the problem.

    Thanks for your help!
