I’ve activated Scroll Bottom Anchor (on slider above the masthead)

From today I have a problem in my site:
After clicked un Scroll Bottom Anchor, the Browser back to the Top after 1 second.

Please, could you help me?

If I scroll with Mouse wheel or scroll bar everything is OK.
But if I click on Scroll Bottom Anchor, the Browser back to the Top after 1 second

I see a “#” to the end of Scroll Bottom Anchor LINK !!!
I do not remember if it was always there

Just to better understand the problem..
Have you any idea, because (without your fix) the problem disappear when I’m logged in my WP Site and I see the Black WP Admin Bar on Top?

So (without your FIX):
– when I’m NOT WP logged: I have the Scroll Bottom Anchor problem on Desktop (NOT on Mobile)
– when I’m WP logged: I DON’T have the Scroll Bottom Anchor problem either on Desktop or Mobile

Any idea?

Hi there,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
