Hey

I followed your steps to create my first post that uses the Media as Gallery, so as to have the beautiful slider.
It looks nice, but there’s a bug.
Whenever this post gets listed, there’s a huge blank space below the text excerpt and the “Read More” button won’t work 🙁
How can I fix this?

I have updated both the theme and Cornerstone plugin and the problem persists.

Hi Muriel,

It seems you are using Child Theme. Could you switch to X for a while to check if there anything coming from Child Theme that might cause this? If you still see the same for X as well, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Hello There,

Thanks for providing the necessary credentials. To resolve this issue, please add the following css code in the customizer, Appearance > Customize > Custom > CSS

.x-flexslider.x-flexslider-featured-gallery {
    overflow: hidden;
}
