Having a problem with the responsive lightbox on one of my sites. When you click on an image and the lightbox opens, the thumbnails at the bottom appear, but they aren’t linked to an image. The only way to navigate is to swipe through the images. In other words, you can’t click on an image and make it appear. Is this the way it’s supposed to work? Here is the URL of a gallery:

    Hi there,

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Actually those thumbnails should link to original lightbox image. You can check the demo here and check if you did everything correctly – http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/shortcodes/responsive-lightbox/

    Cheers!

Yes, I have everything set up correctly, but the links don’t work. When you click a thumbnail, all the thumbnails flash off and back on, but the lightbox image doesn’t change.

    Hi Tony,

The username is invalid. For the meantime, please set your lightbox deeplink option to false.

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Please see the attachment and add URL in href field.
If it doesn’t help, please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Hope it helps.
