almorr47ParticipantHi
I am developing my site locally at the moment, please forgive me I am really new to all this. But I have been trying to add a Revolution Slider. I followed a tutorial online and the sliders turned out fine, yet when I use one of my own images it seems like it’s zoomed in and pixelated. I have tried using several different size images and I also make sure to save my images for web but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. I am using the X theme on the site and noticed a few others have mentioned this problem, I tried adding CSS that was mentioned in another thread but that has also made no difference. I wondered if you could help?

almorr47ParticipantAlso I seem to be having issues with adding any plugins to the site. It comes up with the error message “no package provided”

JadeModeratorHi there,
Kindly try to revoke the validation and revalidate your theme again and try to do the updates.

Let us know how it goes.

almorr47ParticipantThank you, I have tried that but unfortunately the Cornerstone option still isn’t showing up on the admin header on the front end and when I try to open it up from the individual pages it doesn’t open up at all and I just get the loading image. My site also seems to be running extremely slowly since adding this.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating. You will get “Edit with Cornerstone” option for the pages that was created and only edited with Cornerstone. If you edit the page outside Cornerstone with another editor then it will be corrupted and you won’t be able to edit them with Cornerstone anymore neither the “Edit with Cornerstone” option will show on admin bar.
Cheers!
