I’m trying to setup a site: http://www.vackormeheszet.com

If you look at it from a mobile, the first couple of images will not load from essential grid.

Any idea how to fix it?

Thanks for posting in.

I checked and it’s correctly displaying the same 6 items on mobile. It might be mobile display settings that you can change through your essential grids setting. Seeing that it’s now displaying all items, then I assume you already configured it.

Hi there,

Thing is, they don’t. I checked it from an iphone 4s and a 6 plus as well.

The top 4 products do not display an image. I tried it in incognito mode as well to see if it’s a problem related to the cache.

The products that do not display images:

Akác Méz

Hárs Méz

Napraforgó Méz

Vegyes Virágméz

Could you please investigate?

Thanks for writing back!

Another support member here. I can replicate the featured images not displaying issue on an iPhone 5. The reason for this issue is that your featured images’ URL contains characters that don’t work in Apple Safari. So even if you check your site on Safari on Mac, images for those items won’t appear. For example, first post’s image URL is this:

http://www.vackormeheszet.hu/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/akác.jpg

If you open it in Chrome, it will show but not in Safari.

So, please rename your images that are not appearing and make sure you use correct image name. For example, if this is the name of your image:

akác.jpg

Change it to:

akac.jpg
