tarekrParticipantHello,
I designed my own icon to designate the SF menu. You can see on https://tarekrabaa.com
I converted the icon to base64 and i uploaded to the SF menu panel.
When i open the website, i can see the icon working normally but it disappears when i refresh. I need to clear the cache everytime i reload my website. How to solve this problem?
Regards,

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in.
It’s loading okay and always there at least in my view. What device and browser you’re testing it with?
Thanks!

tarekrParticipantHello,
Yes it is as per the attachments. But the problem i am facing is that the icon is disappearing from time to time when i reload the website. It loads the first time or second time then it disappears and i need to clear the cache to reappear again.
I am seeing the same problem on mobile browsers. Many Regards,

ChristianModeratorAnother support member here and it also doesn’t disappear on my end. I’m using Windows 10 and Android phone with different browsers. This could be unique only to your connection. Would you mind trying a different image? Try a jpg or png.
Thanks.

RadModeratorHi there,
It looks like related to CloudFlare’s RocketLoader, please disable it from your CouldFlare’s account/setting.
SuperFly is initialized through javascript, so if javascript fails then menu/icon will not appear. And RocketLoader affects the load order of all javascript which explains why it doesn’t play well on Opera.
Thanks!

tarekrParticipantHello Rad,
Yes it’s true as you said. The problem is related to Rocketloader.
Is there a way to bypass this icon on Cloudflare?
I already bypassed Cornerstone because it was not working with Cloudflare but when i deactivate Rocket loader my website speed dropped 20 points.Any idea to solve this problem?
According to Cloudflare i can add The ‘data-cfasync’ attribute before the SRC tag in javascript like this
<script data-cfasync=”false” src=”/javascript.js”></script> like this the icon of SF menu will be excluded from RocketLoader. But where can i add this script with SRC for the icon loaded on SF?Many Regards to you Rad,
