    HI,
    first of all sorry for my bad English.

    I bought X | The Theme and I regularly activated but I have two problems:

    1) when I try to activate the plugin Superfly Menu I always get the following error message: “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare sf_menu() (previously declared in /home/imperfez/public_html/wp-content/plugins/superfly-menu-nifTyy/main.php:93) in /home/imperfez/public_html/wp-content/plugins/superfly-menu-cTrmLZ/main.php on line 102”.
    I also tried with all plugins not X uninstalled but I always make the same error.

    2) when I try to update ACF Pro, I get the following error: “There was an error while updating Advanced Custom Fields PRO: Upgrade package not available”.
    I think the problem is due to the fact that my copy of ACF Pro is not active, so I ask you if the version included in X can be activated or is free and limited and I have to buy a license separately.

    Can you please help me to solve these two problems?

    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing back!

    Instead of installing the plugins from WordPress dashboard, please try installing them using FTP. Simply go to wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins/, you will find .zip archives of all three plugins, simply extract them and copy the folders in WordPress plugins folder, i.e. wp-content/plugins/ Then activate the plugins.

    If you still face activation issue, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Let us know how it goes, if you still face the same issue, we’d be happy to further investigate it.

    Hello Anders,

    Thank you for the clarifications! I have checked your site and it seems everything is properly in place. All is left now is that ACF Pro is not up to date. Please take note that there is no license for ACF Pro. We will be the ones who will provide the updates for all other bundled plugins which includes ACF Pro. The latest supported version of ACF Pro (tested with X by developers) is just 5.4.5 only. The latest release from the creators of the plugin has not been tested yet. To fully understand how we utilize this plugins, please check that out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-acf-pro/

    You must know that you have to validate X to be able to connect to our own plugin repository and update all those bundled plugins.
