AnnParticipantHey there,
My site completely stopped working after I cleared the cache from W3 Total Cache today. Rev slider and essential grid is now gone and I can’t activate W3 again.
Any idea what might have happened?

AnnParticipantActually, it’s working again. I enabled JQuery conflict mode from Rev Slider and slider is back and W3 is running. Any ideaa why that happened though?

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! It could be because of the caching. Always make sure that you clear your plugin cache once in a while to make sure that all the scripts were up to date. If this persist, You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.

AnnParticipantHey Ruel,
Thanks for the info! It seems to be working fine after I enabled JQuery inside Revolution Slider.
I do have issues with the parallax though, which started at the same time as the above issue. Same website (https://onlineconsigncouture.com/). The background image on the homepage a bit down, with the title “Finding the Perfect Wedding Dress is Easy”, it’s like the image gets stuck although it is set to parallax. You think you can help me with that?
Thanks again!

Rue NelModeratorHello Ann,
Thanks for updating in! To resolve your background image problem, please edit your slider and change the background image position. At the moment, it is set as center bottom. You’ll need to change it with center top.
Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.
