    Hi There,
    I have updated to the latest X-Version and now my Homepage does not work anymore (http://dw.cape-cocktails.de/). This page is done with VC and I couldn´t see anything onto this page even not in the backend. Even if I try building a new page with VC there is no way of doing so. VC is shown up but without any functionality. To clarify … everything (WP & Plugin) is updated. So please advice!

    Hi there Daniel,

    Thanks for writing in, I know you said all are up to date, but just to make sure are you running version 4.11.2 of Visual Composer? That fixed a incompatibility with WordPress 4.5.

    If you are, can you post a private reply please with your FTP and WP admin login details so we can take a closer look at this please?

    The provide login has no admin capability, I’m not able to heck the issue.

    Hey Daniel,

    I’ve deactivated Visual Composer and your home page is still not loading (see attachment). First, to know if the issue is with X or one of its extensions, please switch to the default WordPress theme and deactivate all plugins and check if the issue persists. If it does, you’ll know that there’s an issue with your setup. If it’s fixed, enable X and test again. Continue the process with each plugins. Please backup your site before doing this. Also, could you tell us what you did just before this happened?
