    I’m trying to valadate my production and live copies of a website that I purchased and am using X on. But keep getting this message:

    This purchase code has already been registered. You may have an additional account. If you’re unable to locate it, contact us with your purchase code and we can take a look for you.

    I have both domains added under my account and need to validate this so I can make updates to plugins.

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Purchase code

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
