    Hello X team, im experimenting some problems about the editor… when i start an update or editing a page with cornerstone, the site shows corrupted (see picture 1).

    It’s a x theme problem?, or cornerstone? (i have been deactivated the cornerstone plugin and it’s the unique solution, but i need ir to continue the work.. con you see what happen?

    I can’t update the plugins too… what happend?.. i need to show the website tomorrow and i can’t work well..

    Hi there,

    Your site is completely inaccessible from my end. have you tried contacting your hosting provider? Maybe it’s failing during the installation due to permission issue with your host.

    And please provide your FTP login credentials as well.

    The hosting people said they have all the access cofigured and ok, but at this moment the problem persist. In the same site i can’t validate the plugins revslider and layerslider.

    ¿please can you see whats happend?

    (site is corrupt whe apply an update, wile im working in the pages and cornerstone)

    Hi there,

    #1 Integrated plugins don’t need validation, they should work without validation. In case you want o use premium features or addons, you should purchase license for plugins.

    #2 Cs page loads fine, please see the attachment. I don’t have permission to check update page.
    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
