    Hi,

    I’m trying to reassign a license from one site to another. On the ThemeCo license page, I’m able to do the reassign, but when I paste the purchase code into the field on the new site’s dashboard, it says, “We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.”

    Also, Cornerstone was working fine, but soon after the automatic WordPress update, I’m getting a problem saving a page made with Cornerstone (other pages can be saved). The save seems to work (I get a “yippee!”), but then when I leave the edit mode to look at the page, it says that the page hasn’t been saved. This is apparently a common problem, and it has happened to me before. I’ve tried several fixes (disabling plugins, changing the wp-config file, etc.), but no luck.

    Hi,

    Please ignore the Cornerstone issue. It somehow fixed itself.

    Can you please just let me know about the licensing issue?

    Hi There,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Purchase code

    Upon activating X Theme it looks like your theme is already validated.

    Yes it’s validated now. Not sure what the glitch was, but thanks, as always.
