FriechModeratorHi Nick,
The Add Development Environment feature will not work on X|Theme version lower than 4.4.2. But you need to update to WordPress 4.5 first, if you need to update the X|Theme to the latest version.
You can assign your Purchased code to your development site in the meantime, and when the site is ready to pushed live, you can re-assign the Purchased code.
Hope it helps.
Thanks for chiming in Jon.
Cheers!
