Hello,
I’m also having issues with the Primary menu not showing with hand held devices and when my desktop computer screen is scaled down. This happens in each of the 4 X stacks in both child and parent themes. (The menus work fine with the basic themes that came with WP.) We met with the customer today and will meet again day after tomorrow. I’ve tried looking through the database, searching the code, removing plugins, etc. with no luck. :-\ We go live at midnight on Saturday.

Thanks,

I checked your site in desktop and mobile and the menu displays fine. Can you give us a screenshot on what shows up on your end?
Thanks.
April 6, 2016 at 6:25 pm #870241Thanks, please see attached. I just checked the MEPI site again on a cell phone and a condensed browser window, with no luck.
This is our 2nd X Theme. The first one that we purchased works fine on all platforms.
April 7, 2016 at 1:18 am #870630Hi there,
Thanks for writing back. So you are facing issue on mobile menu. It’s because you don’t have Cornerstone plugins installed yet which is required to run X smoothly.
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you still face any issue. We will be happy to assist you.
Cheers!
