Hello,

We have encountered a problem, not sure if it’s a bug or something. Anyway, the problem is the comments are not being shown at some of our previous posts. It would say O comments but if we checked it through Disqus, we can view the comments.

There would be instances that it would show the comments though.

So we’re not sure if this is happening because of X Theme. We already tried disabling the other plugins, but no luck.

WordPress version is 4.4.2.

Hi Vandt,

Can you check Settings > Discussion > Other Comments Settings >Automatically close comments on articles older than numberofdays days . If that settings is check, that might be the reason why older comments is not showing. Either uncheck it or adjust the number of days. See attached screenshot.

Hello,

The option Automatically close comments on articles older than <> days is currently unchecked.

The problem is, we can see the comments on Disqus (see attached file), it would say the post has 2 comments, but when we view the post at the website, the comments doesn’t show up, (https://capitalistexploits.at/2016/04/disruptive-technologies/, see attached file too.)

I’ve checked your post, there are no comments on that post. I went ahead and added a test comment and it’s showing correctly (see: http://prntscr.com/aoe70h). Please confirm the issue again.
