    Hi Leanna,

    It is best to use the latest X theme version as the one you have installed is outdated, and at least we wouldn’t worry about anything being overwritten as I see that this is a fresh install of WP.

    After installing the latest version of the theme and you still encounter this issue, please leave your FTP access here again for this install and we’ll figure it out. Thanks!

    Well, I’m using 2.3.0 version. Isn’t it the latest one? I’ve just purchased it and installed a couple days ago.
