Hello,
Website: https://compassionthatcompels.org/
Problem Page: https://compassionthatcompels.org/prayer/
Cornerstone version 1.2.3
Wordpress 4.5
X 4.4.1We are no longer able to moderate from the email notifications that are sent after a prayer request is submitted. This was sending at one point but now we have to go into the backend to see if any requests have been submitted and moderate that way.
We contacted the developer of Prayer Engine to try and sort this out and his response was:
“I am seeing a lot of <p> tags being inserted into the Prayer Engine code, so my guess is that wpautop() is being run on Prayer Engine from the theme, inserting extra tags in the code and breaking most of the JavaScript.”
In addition to the Prayer Engine plug-in we are running Postman SMTP which seemed to fix the issues we were having with gravity forms sending out notifications inconsistently.

To ensure this issue is caused by X or Cornerstone, please disable all third party plugins except Prayer Engine while we investigate. Before that, please backup your site and also would you mind changing to the default WordPress theme and see if the issue is fixed? Please give us access to your WordPress admin and FTP.
Please take note that we could not promise an immediate fix.
Thanks.
