ivansalasjParticipantNot sure how to avoid the poster image which we have set for the mobile header instead of the video…we would like to only see the video on the desktop version and only the poster on the mobile version but at the moment we see on the desktop version first the poster and then the video.
Thanks!

ThaiModeratorHi There,
Please add the following CSS under Customizer > Custom > Global CSS:

ivansalasjParticipantupdate: we have managed to figure out the pop up taps but the video appears to have a delay that we cannot resolve, could you please advise?
Thanks,

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
We’re glad you were able to figure out to resolve the issue. Regarding your video, please keep in mind that the video needs to buffer first before playing it. It usually take a few seconds to load the video. Please also make sure that your slide animation speed is not long enough to autoplay the slide.
Could you provide us login details so that we can check your slider settings?
Thank you.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );You can add it before the line
/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks

ivansalasjParticipantWe have updated wp-config.php with the text above and cant see any changes to the delay on the video…any further advise?
Many thanks!

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Please try using a video background instead of a video layer.
Let us know if that improves your performance.
Thanks
February 6, 2017 at 4:21 pm #1360272
ivansalasjParticipantHi!
The performance is now better even do before starting the video freezes on a different section of the video than the one we would like, is there any chance to have the video freeze whilst is loading on a specific time of the video?
Video is now showing again in mobile versions; how can the mobile/tablet versions section to just show an image
Also one of our timelines of the landing page does not show on the mobile version, could you please advise how to fix this?
Thanks for your support!

FriechModeratorHi There,
Sorry, I did read the whole thread but I’m lost somehow. We are talking about a video but I don’t see any video on your slider? Please clarify.
You’re referring to the light blue section on your home page right? Those sections has a Hide Base on Screen Width option enable on it.
Those section is set to be hidden on small and extra small screen. Please disable any of those options and that section should show on all screens.
And on mobile you still have this place-holder section (Timeline: Small) for mobile view.
You can delete that section since you opt to show the light blue section for all screens.
Thanks.

ivansalasjParticipantThanks for the support!
We are getting a good grip in the them and are moving ahead with the website.
We will not be using a video on the loadpage anymore and simply we will have a background image with a slider as you can see now.
Could you please advise how to ensure that on the mobile version we can let an image or text of a timeline always be on top even if on the desktop version is on the right hand coulumn; at the moment in our first timeline of the landing page we would like to make sure that first its always the text and then the picture on the mobile versions.
Many thanks!
