Today I after doing an update on about 11 plugins (I haven’t updated in a while), suddenly I’m getting a HTTP 500 error when I log into my site, and also when I try to log into the control panel. My site is http://seano-donnell.com, will I need to give you my ftp login data for diagnosis help or is there a recent update that has a record of causing this problem?
Anyways please get back to me, thank you.March 25, 2016 at 10:02 pm #853105Hello There,

Thank you for sending us the login credentials. Upon inspection, it turns out that a 3rd party plugin is causing an issue. You may need to deactivate or remove this plugin manually by logging in to your ftp and delete the plugin folder. For the meantime, we temporarily deactivated WP Mailto Links so that we can login. X 4.3.4 is now available! This release contains several bug fixes and we’re quite excited about the new features, so be sure to check out the changelog. Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Please let us know how it goes.
