mmartionParticipantHi.
I’ve two questions – all related – about my Integrity Stack that I am not happy with and would like some guidance on fixing please…
1. The first line of the title of the post is cutoff at the top: I need this to come down somewhat so that the full text is clearly visible.
2. Featured images are HUGE on the full post: is there any way to scale these back, or even manually control the size they appear as?
Thanks for the help!

mmartionParticipantI do actually, thanks for asking.
I meant to ask before but forgot what it was – now I remember:
The video player element within cornerstone. I had tried to get to work several times using a Youtube video, but all I get is a blank screen, and so have to resort to using the embedded video element, to which I am stuck with the limitations. the site with the issue is ontraq.com.au.
I got the video player to work on my other “X” site (curvesmountlawley.com.au), so I dont know what I am doing differentl.
Thanks for the help.

John EzraMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating the thread! Would you mind providing us with login credentials for both sites so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsPlease link us to the pages with the video and direct us which sections they are in to help us get the issue faster.
Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff. Thanks!

mmartionParticipantHello again.
I’ve also got another issue that I would really greatly appreciate if you wouldn’t mind looking to please – but I’m not sure if it falls within your realm.I’m trying to get my blog posts to also post to Facebook (my Facebook timeline) for the above named business (the Facebook business page). I have not enabled the details under X theme as I am using the free Yoast SEO plug-in, but it doesn’t seem to be working. I have used the same plug-in with another theme in the past (optimised press) and this has worked well, but in this instance I just can’t seem to get to work.
I have done everything recommended including importing the Facebook ID, setting up a Facebook app, running the debugger, made numerous adjustments, but nothing seems to be working.
Although with all the latest adjustments, running the debugger (under Facebook developers webpage) does not throw up any errors any more. Moreover, under Analytics for Apps, my website is now showing under domain insights.

Paul RModeratorHi,
I checked your site in facebook and it seems to be working fine.

Can you provide us the url of the post where we can see the issue.
With regards to your video can you specify on which page and section we can see the video you are referring to.
Thanks

mmartionParticipantHi.
Really confused now. Can you supply the URL of the post you retrieved from Facebook please? Reason is that none of them are showing in the timeline for the Facebook page, so would like to know. It also doesn’t seem to be posting to my Google+ page either. Maybe there’s something to do with my computer preventing me form seeing them (cache perhaps?)?
Also, the video I want is on the home page. Change out the embedded video for the video player.
A related but slightly different question: the video player on iOS devices (such as iPad), can this be made to auto-play on devices other than desktop? I was looking at http://www.curvesmountlawley.com.au/success-stories/ on my iPad last night and the video didn’t auto-play like it does on desktop.Thanks.

Paul RModeratorHi,
Sorry for the confusion, the url of the post I tried to share is http://ontraq.com.au/common-problems-accountants-solve-small-business-bookkeeping/
I also checked it on facebook debugger and it also seems to pull the correct data.
Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on what it is you’re wanting to do ( perhaps some screenshots), we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.
Please note that autoplay are disabled for touch devices due to various reasons, one of them is that they are bandwidth hungry.
Thanks

mmartionParticipantThanks. Simply, the posts don’t show in the Ontraq FB wall. So, the screen shot that was provided earlier, is that from someone who shared the post to their timeline?
When I publish a blog post, it doesnt get posted to the wall at all, same with google+.
Don’t suppose you got any clues as why this is happening?

JoaoModeratorHi There,
I have just shared your post on a page of mine (Not a personal profile) and it worked fine.
If you are experiencing something like, when you post the picture is not being shown, it is related to Facebook not to the website, I recommend you contacting Facebook support. Before that, you can try to share the posts using someone else´s profile, just for the sake of being sure about it.
Please see img attached.
What I notice on Facebook is that if once you tried to load a post, or a video, and you didn´t gave enough time to load the featured image, next time you try to load it, it won´t load, I never went after the fix, but I notice it happens.
Maybe try cleaning cache of your browser, I don´t know if it will make any difference, but it is worth trying.
Let us know if there is something else we can do for you.
Thanks,
Joao
