    To achieve this you will need to have a Child Theme installed on your theme.

    Hi Nick,

    I tried connecting to your FTP with the credentials above provided but they don“t seem to work.

    Can you please confirm if they are correct?

    Hello There,

    The code is working perfectly. There are 3 posts that displays on top of you recent post items though. The reason for that is that you have set those 3 posts as sticky post.

    Please keep in mind that sticky posts will always display first regardless of the date. You need to unset the sticky post and you will see a big changes in the post carousel.
