    Hi,
    I activated the theme and activated post carousel through customizer. But some how its now working.
    It is taking the space (blank) for carousel but its not visible.
    I tried adding JS,JQuery and other options on Forum,but none helped.

    Hi there,

    FTP works, but we still need to check it through Admin. We need to check the settings first, we’ll need FTP only when there is a need for code testing.

    For the meantime, please install cornerstone through X’s add-ons page. Your site will not work without it.

    Hi Nayan,

    Thanks for writing back!

    I’ve checked your site and yes I can see some errors in the console. Upon taking a closer look, it seems that the errors are causing due to a 3rd party plugin (i.e., WP Headline) (see: http://prntscr.com/av0j96). In this case, I’d recommend testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    I tried doing it.. but no success. Also, as soon as i activate conerstone plugin, i am not able to cutomize the them.
    Please see attached file for same. Should i use another version of conerstone?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for updating the thread!

    Unfortunately, we cannot be much help here without seeing the site admin panel. You can perhaps check the JavaScript console for errors in Customizer page. To open the JavaScript console, in Chrome go to “View -> Developer -> Javascript Console” and in Firefox you can go to “Tools -> Web Developer -> Console”.

    If you found any errors, please take the screenshot and send here so we can take a closer look to it.
