Hi there!
I’ve taken a look at your site and the issue is coming from a JS error on your page:
SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data
Which is specifically coming from your infusionSoft tracking script, if you remove this script everything should work correctly. Though it’s also worth noting that a lot of Wistia video data is outputting in the console and the embed code could also be causing an issue.
Normally if an embed code is HTML, I’d recommend placing that in a raw content element in Cornerstone, as the WordPress editor, tries to automatically add p tags and other formatting.
If you could give that a try and see if it then works correctly.
Thanks!
January 19, 2017 at 11:18 am #1336890I believe I got that Infusionsoft tracking code removed (I’m not seeing it in the page source anymore) but I’m still having the same issues.
I would try and change those Wistia embed codes to a raw content element but I can’t save any changes. If I change something on the page and click “Save”, it will say “bodacious” or whatever and then when I go to navigate away from the page it will say “Wait! You haven’t saved any changes”.
It’s still trying to load a lot of stuff from the cache, is that still an issue? I can’t seem to get it to clear.
January 19, 2017 at 5:26 pm #1337476Hi there,
Please check now, I’m able to edit this http://lab.videopower.org/videos-that-move-people/ and save it. If the issue still persists, then please let me know which page has the saving issue.
What’s left are 404 URL that triggers “Conflict error”, but there is no conflict. Those 404 URLs are from older cornerstone which I’m not sure why still picked up. Those are moved to a different folder in a newer version of the cornerstone. Let’s wait for some time, maybe it’s cache related which may expire sooner. If not, then we’ll going to copy those font files to the folder where the URL is pulling it. Should be done manually and through FTP, please provide your FTP login credentials as well.
Thanks!
January 20, 2017 at 12:27 pm #1338659YES! It seems to be working normally again! Did you do something else to make it work or did it just need some time after that Infusionsoft tracking code was removed?
I’ll keep an eye on those 404 URLs and let you know if they give me problems. Also I’m pretty sure this was the only page giving me issues but if I come across any more, I’ll let you know.
THANK YOU!

I just flushed the permalinks by re-saving it at Admin > Settings > Permalinks.
Thanks!
