I have some issues with portfolio setup. Created the page and assigned to Menu. I don’t want to experiment at the moment with all demo upload as I need only Portfolio page. Is it possible to crate some template like http://theme.co/x/demo/integrity/1/portfolio/

It is really easy to achieve a similar design.
One of the most important things to have a good results is to pay attention at the quality of the pictures you will be uploading to your portfolio items.
