    Hello,

    I have already posted about this but now I have a staging site url and login details to share so you can investigate properly.

    I will post the details in the next post as long as I have the privacy function.

    Hi There,

    I removed that CSS code under Customizer > Custom > Edit Global CSS.

    Everything should be fine now.

    Thank you, now the featured image are showing but they’re in one page-wide column, how can I get the sorting grid as per the settings on the Portfolio?

    Please update your theme and plugins.

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    Thanks. It looks like I’ll have to unassign my licence so I can use it on this temporary url. Is there a guide as to how to unassign?

    Hi there,

    You can add an additional staging site to your license along with your live URL. So if you are just using one, you can add another from Themeco Account page > Manage Licenses. And unassigning is really easy. You need to revoke the license from WordPress Dashboard > X Addons and then remove the domain from license from Themeco Account page > Manage Licenses.

    Thanks, I’ve changed what is licensed now.

    Do you know why there are blank flat squares that when I hover over they say ‘gallery’ over each.
    Also I need the sorter of categories to appear at the top, please will you help me further?

    Also, I think that code you (or your colleague) removed was there to prevent the featured image showing on the portfolio Item page itself, now it shows there again above the slider which is the only image I want to see, example:
