    Hello,

    My Portfolio items are not displaying on my designated Portfolio page. The category sorting filters appear correctly, but no Portfolio items. However, Essential Grid does recognize my portfolio items, so I do not know why the Xtheme portfolio page is not working properly. I have everything properly selected, I believe. I will give you my website credentials in the next message.

    Hello Amy,

    Thank you for the credentials. Upon checking, you don’t have any customization on your child theme functions.php file. I found that you do have corrupted content-portfolio.php on this folder: /wp-content/themes/x-child/framework/views/integrity. See attached screenshot. The file size is zero. There’s no content on the file. That’s why it is blank on your page. Remove the file from that folder and then check portfolio page again.

    YES, that worked!

    I very much appreciate you locating that file.

    I am changing over another person’s set up,
    and it’s a difficult transition because I
    don’t know what is hidden in the back-end files…
    but you found it! THANK YOU!
