Hi!
I’ve done all the steps in thses instructions: https://community.theme.co/kb/translation/
My translation of READ MORE shows in the PO file. I saved it to MO and uploaded it. It still doesn’t change READ MORE on the site.
What am I doing wrong? Please see attached image.
It says this in Loco: “These translations are not linked to a POT file. Sync operations will extract strings directly from source code.”

Each string belong to textdomain, and each textdomain could be specific to a theme and plugin. You have trasnlated “read more”, but it belongs to X theme with __x__ text domain. The “read more” you’re seeing from your blog page is from The Grid plugin. I checked The Grid plugin and it’s not translated yet.
Thanks!
January 16, 2017 at 8:10 am #1332005Hi!
OK. Got it. It’s still not working for me. My FTP looks like in the image attached.
Did I do this correctly:
wp-content > plugins > the-grid > langs > tg-text-domain.poI’ve spent several hours creating .PO-files in all kind of folders because I’m not sure where it should be and what it should be called. That was not clear to me in your instructional link. Please help me get the initial file right.

Thank you!
