    I installed the X Theme in WordPress without any issues but the following plug-ins will not install – X-Shortcodes, Slider Revolution and Visual Composer. I installed X both internally within WordPress as well as through the FTP. I still get the error message “The plugin does not have a valid header”. Can you help me with this? Thanks, Tom

    It also contains the following message:

    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Hi Tom,

    Thank you for writing in!

    This message means that the plugins could not be extracted from the zip archive. Can you please check that your web server has available space on the volume where WordPress is installed and that you’re not running into quota issues?
