    Hi Support,

    I haven’t been on my website in a week or so and saw today there are many updates for plugins. Upon hitting update plugins, it gives me errors and none of them update. Please help!

    Also, I see theme x 4.4.1 is available for update. How do I update? And if I have a child theme, my css customizations etc will be fine correct?

    Found where to update theme, but this happens

    Please backup your site, clear all cache and disable all plugins and customizations first. Let us know how it goes.

    Hi again,

    I did everything and still cannot update any plugins from theme x or the new theme x update. I noticed it tells me that I need to validate my product but I checked and it has been validated. Updated other 3rd party plugins work though

    I am having similar issue, up to now I have always been able to apply updates simply but I have to X theme sites and I get the same message as the screen shot above. Can anyone help?

    Hello Anson,

    Please re validate your site. You need to login to your account, https://community.theme.co/users/ansonofficial/licenses/, and revoke the api key. Please generate a new one and use it to validate your site again. If still not working, you may need to update X theme and Cornerstone plugin manually.
