    I am using one of your integrated plugins – “ConvertPlug” by Brainstorm. I was trying to contact them for a support question however a purchase key is required which is not identified anywhere because it is bundled with X. I can’t save any of the modules, the save icon is now a spinning gear?? When I exit I am asked if I want to save and publish, I do, and then it states it has been saved and published but it doesn’t. Can you help fix this issue or explain how I can contact their support without a purchase key – or where it can be found? Thanks!

    To contact ConvertPlug author directly, please go to https://convertplugonx.freshdesk.com/support/home. Before that, please clear all caches then disable caching plugin.
