    It would be nice if users could send other users private messages instead of having to post everything publicly. Sometime you might want to help someone or send them a link that might not always be appropriate to post here in your forum.

    It would also be nice if we could send private messages to Support so we do not have to expose links and passwords publicly when they are trying to help troubleshoot problems with our sites.

    Your support is awesome but I think that it would also be a little more user friendly if your support people used user names instead of simply support.

    An auto-subscribe option in my account settings would also be helpful. I oftentimes forget to click the subscribe button to my own posts.
