    Hi,

    I have purchased the pixelyoursite pro to track facebook conversions. It will not track purchases with the value of the product. When working with the developer of the plugin he checked and everything was fine so he says my theme is allowing it function. He refunded me for the purchase but I really need this to track my puchase conversions.

    Has anyone here used this plugin or know a one that is compatible with x?

    This is what the developer of the plugin said

    Tell them that we follow the WooCommerce settings when it comes to firring the events. For some reason your checkout page calls the cart page hooks, so our plugin fires a AddToCart event on it.

    Hey there,

    X does not have WooCommerce Checkout modifications. Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Regretfully, we could not provide support for third party plugin conflicts.

    Can you recommend a plugin you know that works with X for tracking conversion value of purchases on facebook?

    Thanks for updating in! Regretfully we do not know any plugin that tracks conversion with purchases from Facebook. Please try to find it in WordPress plugins (https://wordpress.org/plugins/) or with the premium plugin markets.
