    Have found a website that uses a picture collage that we would like to replicate if possible, we are using the renew stack.
    example is http://www.pluvo.com.au/
    We like the way the images are displayed and the transparent colour and text that appears when you hover over the image. is this possible in x theme.
    any help is appreciated.

    Thanks for writing in! You can try our integrated plugin “Envira Gallery” – https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-envira-gallery/

    It might not be exactly same in effect as your example site but might be helpful. You can try some other plugins from CodeCanyon since it’s not really a theme functionality rather could be achieved through plugins.
