    From gt metrix: resized in HTML or CSS from 400×400 to 63×63. Serving a scaled image could save 19.7KiB (97% reduction).

    My images are being resized for some reason and it slows my site. This does not happen when using free Virtue theme which is faster than x. How can I fix this problem?

    Thank you the reply but image compression is not the problem. All of my images are compressed and highly optimized. The problem is that they are being resized by the theme to fit the different dimensions in the woocommerce displays. Again I am not having this problem using other themes.

    Hi there,

    Can you exactly point us where your images are being resized? It’s not always possible to crop the image exactly for some location hence need to fit with CSS. If you use optimized images then it should not matter.
