Hi to make a long story shot, I had someone help me so that I would have two photos, on for mobile and one sized for desktop. My friend put these on my homepage and it responded great. However I need to do some editing of the photos.
If you look on my home page you can see the duplicate sections. I am not sure where to add the mobile picture though..

Please duplicate your section and use visibility options to hide section, see the attachment.
To preview your page on smaller screen width click on mobile icon, see the second attachment.You can enable footer widget areas under Customize -> Footer, then insert following HTML in text widget :
