    Dear Themeco,

I tried changing the permalink / visibility of my pages, but every time I click on it nothing happens / the page scrolls down (and nothing happens).

I’m talking about the Dashboard > Pages > Any Page > Permalink Edit / Visibility

Do you know what’s going on / how I can edit these things otherwise?

    Warme regards,

    Floor

    Hi Floor,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Hey Jade,

I am not a webdesigner and very unfamiliar with the plugins. I wouldn’t know which ones to turn of without doing damage to the site.

Maybe you can point me a what to look for at the forum? Or please let me know if you’ve seen this issue elsewhere!

    Thank you so much,

    Floor

    Hey Themeco,

Also, Revolution Slider seems to be faulty. When I want to edit in Rev Slider, you can see everything is listed weirdly and in an overlapping way.

Any idea what this could be?

    Thanks,

    Floor

    Hi There,

Simply turning off plugins wouldnt cause a pernament demage to your site.

Of course if you turn off a plugin like slider, revlution, while off, it would not appear on your site, but turning it back on would fix straight away.

As Jade I also believe the issue could be plugin related, so turn off your third party plugins, specially related to performance and security. Clean your browser cache and test it again.

If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes

    Joao
