hgstudioParticipantWe have half-dozen or some password protected pages on our clients site. We are using the standard WordPress password protection option in the publish settings. They were apparently working until just recently. I’ve been doing some testing and can’t for the life of me lock down what’s going on… sometimes the password protection displays, other times (most of the time) it doesn’t. Here’s an example of a page that is set to be password protected:
Almost every page in the “Knowledge Center” drop down are also set to be password protected. If I open them up in Chrome Incognito mode after clearing all caches I can sometimes get the password prompts to display after a hard refresh (Cntrl + F5). If I don’t log in and then do a normal refresh (F5), the password prompt is bypassed and page content displays. It’s the oddest thing. I’ve tested this on multiple machines in my office and it’s some variation of the same results across the board.
Any insight as to what’s going on? Could you please take a look and let me know if I’m going crazy?
Thanks,

RadModeratorHi there,
I don’t see any cache plugin but I can see this from the source code
<!--Generated by Endurance Page Cache-->Please disable your site’s cache, or exclude those pages from your cache configuration. Cache will convert the dynamic page to static one, hence, you’ll see the same content until it expire.
Thanks!
