Hello,

I have a litte problem with the combination of the smooth scroll function, a section with parallax background and revolution slider. To demonstrate the issue, I duplicate the example page.

If you go to:
Example page 1 (without issue)

You can see my product page with a paralaxx background (black wall) toward to the bottom. On this page everything is fine!

On my duplicated product page, i added a Slider below masthead. If I scroll down (Google Chrome) the parallax image (black wall) jumps back and forth crazy.

Do you have an Idea how I can fix this?

Thanks for writing in!

I’ve tested in my local setup and parallax backgrounds are working just fine when Revolution Slider and Smooth Scroll extension are enabled together. In this case, could you try testing for a plugin conflict? You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Yes, its the Revolution Slider – but I need it.

I’ve deactivated all third party plugins – but the parallax doesn’t work 🙁

Thanks for updating the thread!

I’ll then forward it to our developers for further investigation on the issue. In the meantime, you could perhaps disable parallax or Smooth Scroll when Revolution Slider is active.
