As you can see, the white area, content band above it is kind of “bleeding” into the contact background parallax…any fix for this?

Can you give us more details by what you mean by “bleeding”. Also, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Looks okay on my end, could it be the illusion effect of moving background? It’s intentional effect for parallax.
No matter how many test, it’s the same on my end. The white appears because the height of the content where the parallax is smaller then my screen height. And it moves as you scroll creating an illusion that the image is moving behind the white background.
