With the latest update to X I am unable to edit my website using visual composer and the standard page editor, I will give more details below.

In the dashboard, Upon clicking add media, or x-shortcodes, or visual, in the edit page, I notice that nothing happens!
If i try to edit the pages in the Visual Composer it stays in loading loop.

I cleared already the caches in the server and i have no plugins with cache.
    WordPress: Version 4.1
    X – Theme: Version 3.2.1
    X – Shortcodes: Version 3.0.2

Please X support community can someone please help me to resolve these issues. Thank You
    João Rodrigues

    Hey There,

I looks like some of your core WordPress files are corrupted. Can you try reuploading your WordPress core files without the wp-content folder and see if that fixes the issue. The errors that get triggered are core file errors nothing related to any of our plugins.

    Hi,

I already tried it but with no success.
And when you tweaked the files (today), the front page is broken and parts of the code are showing up.
Help is apreciated, could you see if figure it out please.
    Thank you in advance.
    Best regards,

Clearly your response was rushed because in other post is other information:

    “(…)
The main issue is that the ASP style tags conflict with Javascript underscore.js templates, because they use the same interpolation pattern <% %>
Let us know what you find out! Hopefully we can get this worked out soon.”

    @Support

As stated in other post, the problem is in the ASP tags.
The beta fix worked great for me! Now everything is working fine.

For others that might have the same issue, the fix can be found in this post:

Thank you for the problem resolution in under 24h.

    Best regards
