Hello, I have used OptimizePress on my site and it has worked fine until recently. When I try to use the LiveEditor in OptimizePress it does not work. I contacted OptimizePress and they wanted me to deactivate all plugins and then try. It still did not work.
Then, OptimizePress said to deactivate the X-Theme and choose a different theme. When I did that it worked. Now, when I re-activated X-Theme it stopped working.
Can you please help?
Thank you!

Thanks for writing in!
You need to exclude js and css scripts of xtheme in optimizepress settings as they are already minified.
Hope that helps.

Same issue here since the last theme update. I’ve desactivated js and css script in optimizepress settings but it does not solve this issue.

The OptimizePress builder works on my end, is there any particular issue that I should look for?
Thanks!

Yes, when I try to modify a text, the editor does not show up.
February 12, 2016 at 6:45 am #792810Hi Michael,
It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
