    Hi there,

    I feel a little surprised to need to write this. I am helping out a new client that needs some X theme help. She got set up via Online Mastery (Steve Woody group). So she has X but does Online Mastery sell some limited version with X or do I need to somehow unlock her site? Online Mastery is not responding. Basically she only has a few addons. For example, no Grid. She’d like a page that, independent from her main blog page, only shows posts from a particular category. I’ve looked at too many forum threads and it seems like this is an old question because awesome addons like the Grid really solve this issue.

    Right now I’ve added a page with “100 Happy People Series” recent posts but once I add a number larger than four the formatting goes whack. Here it is, with two recent post short codes… you’ll notice the repeat of posts. http://ariadnasthread.com/100-happy-people-series/

    this is her main blog page with all posts (but we want to remove the 100 Happy People Series posts.

    In short, I am wondering about (1) this strange version of X that she has (2) how to make a page with posts from a particular category that can have an endless number of posts. Based on her “100 Happy People” title, it looks like she’ll eventually have 100 posts.

    Hi there,

    It’s best to implement it with Essential Grid, what’s on this page http://ariadnasthread.com/100-happy-people-series/ are just recent posts items which are only limited fro 1 to 4 items. With essential Grid, you’ll just need to manage it to its respective page and add the shortcode on your page.

    Are there any issues installing add-ons? I went ahead and installed Essential Grid. You may install other addons at Admin > X Addons
